Watamu Best Rent is a curated villa platform. It presents villas, supports enquiries and helps guests move toward a booking conversation. A booking is only confirmed once the villa team has reviewed availability and agreed the terms with the guest.
Villa descriptions, imagery, amenities and prices are provided in good faith, but they may change before a booking is confirmed. Guests should treat the site as a planning and enquiry platform, not as a final contract until confirmation is issued.
Direct bookings use a secure online deposit link after booking approval for the 50% online deposit. Payments are being prepared through our secure payment provider. The remaining 50% balance is due at check-in, and any security deposit is handled separately from the online deposit and balance.
Cancellation and refund conditions can vary by villa, stay length and booking date. Where the final rules are not yet published, they should be confirmed directly before a booking is finalized.
Guests are expected to provide accurate enquiry details, respect villa rules, behave responsibly during the stay and follow the instructions shared by the villa team or local support staff.
